Technical Support
OnLiTECH's goal is to provide the highest level of service and support to all our customers at all times by working closely with the manufacturers and combining all of our experience and expertise.
Warranties Available
Our UPS warranty periods and terms are some of the best in the industry. Warranty extension is also available up to five years on selected models. Most of our suppliers warrant each new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a product dependent period beginning from the date of invoice unless otherwise arranged.
Inside the UK the standard warranty covers non-consumable parts and labour, when operated inside our published and operational guidelines. Batteries are treated as consumable parts and are covered for one year by the manufacturer's warranty.
Free Site Surveys
There's nothing worse than having all the pressure of undertaking a critical requirement and expected to get it perfect first time, that's were we come in; OnLiTECH can assist and manage a requirement from day one through to hand over. Our expertly trained electrical engineers will carry out site assessments and compile a detailed proposal outlining our recommendations including costs.
Electrical Installations
OnLiTECH offer a complete installation service from the installation design through to sourcing and supply of specialist equipment and final commissioning.

Full Installation Service
OnLiTECH offer a complete UPS and stand by generator installation service from design through to sourcing and supply of specialist equipment and final commissioning. The installation is carried out by experienced and fully qualified engineers that comply with all the statutory regulations at a cost effective price regardless of your project size.
Battery Replacements
OnLiTECH provide full battery replacement solutions for all UPS products regardless of manufacturer. The battery component is the lifeblood of your standby power system and it’s essential that your systems integrity is maintained at all times.
Not only will we supply the replacement UPS batteries required for your system, we will also complete the onsite battery build and installation with minimal or no disruption to your organisation.
Once completed we will also remove and dispose of all old cells in accordance with all the latest legislation and provide full certification if required.
System Health Checks
OnLiTECH can provide a detailed Health Check of your UPS and Generator systems. Following our inspection a full quotation for any remedial work that may be required will be provided. For worst case senarios advise regarding a suitable replacement system will be offered.
You are likely to find a Health Check extremely valuable if:
- Your current systems have not had regular maintenance checks carried out
- A system has been out of service for a period of time
- You have inherited a system and are not sure of it’s overall condition
